Occasionally when Spark Shipping is attempting to send an order to a vendor the vendor becomes unresponsive. This will result in a Timeout error. 


A timeout error means Spark Shipping has not received a reply from the vendor in the elapsed time (typically 90 seconds).


The order is then put into an Error status.


You may want to talk with the vendor to be sure they did not receive this order then Reprocess the order.


This is caused by an issue on the vendors end such as an FTP server or API server becoming unresponsive. If this issue persists you'll want to the vendor to be aware this issue is happening and include the time of day.
